What compensation can I receive?


The amount of financial compensation depends on the distance between the departure and arrival location in case of a cancelled flight without advance notice of at least 14 days, or a delay of more than 3 hours at arrival. If the flight meets the criteria of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and Council, we distinguish three levels of possible compensation:

  1. Up to 1,500 kilometers – compensation €250 / person
  2. From 1,500 to 3,500 kilometers – compensation €400 / person
  3. O ver 3,500 kilometers – compensation €300 or €600 / person
