The entire request submission process takes less than 3 minutes, online and for free. After providing all relevant information, we will send you information on whether you qualify for compensation or not.

2. Review of the request

Our team of travel law professionals will review your request and keep you informed about every milestone reached throughout the process. If you are entitled to compensation, we will obtain it for you.

3. Money to your account

We operate on a no win, no fee principle. Only after successfully concluding your case and acknowledging the compensation, we deduct a fee for our services (see the valid price list). Otherwise, you pay nothing; we will pay the costs incurred during compensation for you.
